For several months now, my husband and I have been consistently eating low carb in an effort to be healthier. This doesn’t mean I don’t crave carbs on the regular though. Bagel sammies slathered in cream cheese and topped with veggies are my jam, so I decided to experience with a low carb version. I discovered everything bagel eggwhite wraps from a company called egglife (each wrap has 1g carbs, less than 35 calories, has at least 5 g protein), and they worked perfectly. The end result might even be better than the real thing…
Low Carb Everything Bagel Wrap
1 egglife everything bagel egg white wrap
2 tablespoons cream cheese
1/4 cup romaine lettuce or salad greens
1/2 tomato, sliced
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
1 carrot, cut into sticks
Spread cream cheese on egglife everything bagel wrap. Layer lettuce and veggies. Roll into a wrap, and eat! You can really use any veggies you want for this.
